BHCA, Inc. Board Meeting

There will be a regular meeting of the BHCA, Inc. Board of Directors on Thursday, March 5th at 4:00 p.m. on the North Bay Haven campus in the media center. During this meeting, the Board will meet for the purpose of executive session during this meeting. The people that may be in attendance for the Executive Session in accordance with Florida Statute 286.011(8) are: The BHCA Board members, and the Board attorney. They are: Dr. Jeremy Hatcher, Mrs. Scotti Haney, Mr. Jon McFatter, Mr. David Haight, Mrs. Joyce Wilson, Mr. Waylon Thompson, Mrs. Tiffany Ennis, Mr. Robert Fleming and Mrs. Sandy Porter, Mr. Mike Burke, Attorney, and a certified court reporter.

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the purpose of obtaining competitive proposals to provide school uniform services for Bay Haven Charter Academy, Inc. (also referred to as “Haven schools”).

The goal of any vendor for school uniforms chosen for Haven schools is to provide quality apparel, timely and organized delivery of orders, managed and stored inventory, customer satisfaction, and payment resolution to parents.

Proposals will be evaluated using the evaluation criteria included in the Request for Proposals. Bay Haven Charter Academy, Inc. reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals in whole or in part, to waive informalities in the process, to obtain new submittals, or to postpone the opening pursuant to Bay Haven purchasing policies. Transportation application 2019-2020 now open

Haven Schools - Bus Transportation for 2019-2020 school year

Application for transportation for the Haven schools for the 19-20 school year will begin May 20th. We will have an online process to apply for bus transportation for your child.
For complete instructions and details, visit and click on the Transportation tab on the list on the left. There you will find a Powerpoint with instructions and the link to Smartchoice.

As with our student applications, because of our limited bus seating, there will be a lottery for bus transportation for which applications must be submitted by the 8 July deadline. All applications received after that point will be placed on the appropriate bus list in the order received and verified as eligible.

Summer Enrichment Mini Courses K-8

This year Summer Enrichment courses will be held as “mini camps.” Each camp will last for one week only, Monday – Friday, from 8:00-12:00 and is $65.00 per class plus any supply fee listed on the course description. You may register for one course each week as desired. Courses will be held at the North Bay Haven campus ONLY. There is no early drop off unless your child is enrolled in Summer Camp Program. BHCA Inc. is now taking resumes with letters of intent for the BHCA Board of Directors. If you are interested in serving on the Board, please email the resume and letter to Larry Bolinger, Chief Education Officer, at AND Julie Maddox at by 4:00 p.m. Thursday, April 18th.
