Bay Haven Charter Academy, Inc. (BHCA) is soliciting sealed bids for the provision of all materials, labor, and equipment to prepare the development area for the football field at North Bay Haven, 1 Buccaneer Drive, Panama City, FL 32404. The project includes installation of synthetic turf; earthwork; removal of unsuitable soils; clearing/grubbing; and filling; installation of stormwater structures, stormwater pipes, synthetic turfing, sodding disturbed areas, seeding disturbed areas, sediment/erosion and turbidity control. Project bids will consist of a base bid in accordance with documents herein.

A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Friday, November 6, 2026 at 10:00 a.m., local time, at the North Bay Haven conference room at 1 Buccaneer Drive, Panama City, FL 32404. Bidders are highly encouraged to attend the pre-bid meeting.
