The Bay Haven Charter Academy, Inc., Board of Directors, (“Bay Haven”) seeks to obtain proposals from qualified firms to perform for
financial recovery, and consulting services to support the oversight, management and administration of post-disaster grant funding. Bay Haven will negotiate an agreement with the applicant whose proposal is the most responsive to this RFP No. 19-01. Bay Haven reserves the right to reject any or all responses.
Copies of RFP 19-01 may be obtained by sending an email to Laura Swindler, CFO, at swindLT@bayhaven.org with a copy to Julie Maddox, Compliance Officer, at firstname.lastname@example.org. or by fax at 850-248-3514, please include in the subject line or cover page “Request for RFP 19-01 Disaster Management Financial Recovery Assistance”. Be sure to include a return email address or fax number.
Scope of Contracted Services: Upon notice by Bay Haven, Contractor shall provide all expertise, personnel, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, and all other services and facilities of any nature necessary to perform financial recovery and consulting services to support the oversight, management and administration of post-disaster grant funding.
Time Schedule: Bay Haven will use the following timetable during the selection process. This schedule may be changed solely at Bay Haven's discretion.
